They need a quick add like they do on the Work order form for parts. just have it so it uploads part number, quantity, price, and workorder number if needed. Or have some kind of a shopping cart but it has to be able to link it to a workorder. I get stock orders each week for safety supplies or fastners. I have to create a purchase order and enter each line in manually if you have 20 items it can take you up to 30 mins to enter in one order because of lag in response time from the server. I need a quick add that would have the part number, part number woould generate the description and last paid price. The price would have to be able to update to new price if needed. Order Quantity, Account code, and Work Order number if needed. Most web sites have this capability as a shopping cart. What would be even better if you could emport your list into a shopping cart.

Add in drop down list capabilities for mobile... Come on guys, I have 6 guys using mobile... it's limited functionality makes us crazy. Add some more development time in to this software... Allow me to search, pick info etc.

I wrote a Visual Studio Executable that would read PLC I/O and other data into a database. From there it could be viewed via a web page. Same could be done for this situation instead of sending it to a database it would be sent via an SQL insert statement into the Meter table. Once I wrote the executable I used a Microsoft database table to tell my programs which bits/words to read from any type of PLC(Micro/slc) via rs232/Ethernet,DH+ etc, and the time interval to read them at. I would like that option as well, and clicking into a new window is not that great of a fix especially when there is a huge lag in server response some times.

I agree about the SQL's...I wish their report creating had more features or flexibility. Its fine the way it is for "newbie" in SQL, but trying to do advance queries or functions is not there p.s. I don't see why we have to pay extra to get good tech support i.e. those videos.

Adding a Quote number to requisition before printing and having it print on the requisition would be helpful.

I agree. Having a simpler and faster way to enter meter readings for assets under a main asset would greatly increase wrench time. An interface form with drop down asset selection allowing meter readings would be nice. We are currently trying to tie meters to the PLC interface, although we will still have a tremendous amount of readings to input.Very time consuming.

Mike, Recently we added the capability to click on the tab icons to allow users to go directly to the list view. This is was made available to allow users to quickly get back to the list view to select the next request for approval. Although this is not exactly what you described here I think it will cut down on at least a few of those additional steps. Another option would be to activate "Open in new window" for the request list view. This way your request list would stay static so you can simply click through all the requests you would like to approve. This option is available in "Form Options" which should be available in the lower left portion of a list view screen. Thanks for your suggestion! We do have an option that would allow you to get the same results currently. If you activate the "Open in new window" option for your list you can keep the list available and quickly select the records from the sorted list that you would like to access. Having a prompt if you hit the button asking if you really want to delete is a good idea. Maybe adding a comment field (why is this item being deleted) would be a plus.

Sorry I see why this isn't possible for this screen . Please disregard suggestion. It would only work if you had single line items.

This would be helpfull in the Purchase order screen also. If you could change information in the Detail Line View instead of going to each items hitting edit and then editing. It would also be nice to go to the next item when you are looking at an items instead of going back to the purchase order.

Also would like to be able to "undo" a delete on a purchase order. In case you delete the wrong item.

Description field edit would also be helpful under item/supplier so if you have basically the same part only different manufacturer you can differenciate this info on the req

We really need the ability to select only certain months for PM's on AC Units, Furnaces, etc.

I believe I agree with the idea statement... I would like to have the ability to perform mass changes to open or closed WO's. I would filter similar WO and perform a mass Problem Code assingment for problem solving.
